Over a decade ago Camilla created What a Pickle!. She has always had a passion for great flavours and as a child was a great cooking assistant to her mother. Through the years she continued to gather recipes and became bolder with flavours.
When she became a mom herself Camilla was keen on getting her children to have an adventurous palate and enjoy some spice, so she made her own tomato chilli jam to substitute tomato ketchup and it became a family favourite. Then, family friend Lucy convinced Camilla to produce some chilli jam for her travelling deli.
