This vegan brandy Christmas pudding from Cole’s has been hand mixed with ingredients from all over the world. Its rich flavour is complemented by a very generous helping of Brandy. Based in Great Chesterford, Essex, Cole’s was established in 1939 and has proven expertise in crafting luxury Christmas puddings. Their puddings are baked for up to eight hours, whilst being gently steamed to ensure they are moist and fresh. Gold Crown Bakeries, based in Hull, East Yorkshire, is a family-run bakery, specialising in the production of high-quality cakes and desserts. They were established in 2001, use traditional, handmade methods of production and have excellent attention to detail. Tiptree Organic Christmas Pudding
End your Christmas dinner in style with Tiptree’s organic Christmas pudding! The pudding weighs in at just over 900g, is free from palm oil and is made in a nut-free factory. Tiptree only use the highest quality ingredients for their Christmas puddings, including French brandy and thick-cut 'Tawny' Orange Marmalade. Each pudding is hand-filled in a 'Tiptree' ceramic basin, then wrapped in cellophane and placed in a box ready for steaming or microwave cooking (the puddings taste better when steamed).
