If you're new to Springvale you may not know that placing your Christmas Order online at springvalefoods.co.uk is quick and easy, so here's a quick guide on to do it!

- Head to our website and log in to your account
- Locate the Christmas tab on the top bar of the website
- Hovering over the word 'Christmas' will bring up our Christmas Categories for you to browse through. Or if you know what you are looking for, simply use the search bar.
- Click the categories of your choice and our full range of products within that category will be displayed
- You can quickly add products to your basket from this page by clicking the 'pre-order' button or you can add items to your Wish List by clicking the heart.

- Use the plus and minus buttons the increase or reduce the quantity you'd like in your basket
- To view more information about a product, simply click on the image or description. The product will load and you'll be able to view allergens, ingredients, nutritional information, and more. You can also add to your basket or Wish List from here too.
- Once you're ready to check out, click the basket icon in the top right corner of your screen. You either proceed straight to check out or view and edit your basket.
- When viewing and editing your basket, you amend the order quantity, remove products or clear your basket
- When you reach the checkout page you'll need to check / amend your shipping and billing addresses. You can add in notes regarding your delivery (ie. date, boxes/pallets, delivery contact phone number). You can select your payment method, review your order and check out. Don't forget to tick to confirm you accept our terms and conditions.
- Once you have placed your order, you will automatically receive a basic order confirmation.
- Our Customer Experience Team will send you a more in-depth order confirmation along with any additional you may need to know.
