I have an Account. Why am I being asked to pay at checkout?

If you are a registered trade customer with a credit account, please make sure you are logged in via your Trade Account Log In.

Please note, if you log in to your account but are inactive on the website, it will automatically log out after a period of time. If this happens, you will need to go back to the log in page. You may need to refresh and update your cart.

If there are no credit terms agreed on your account, then you will be asked to make a payment at the checkout.
