How do I place a Christmas order?

Placing your Christmas order is easier than ever before - you can choose exactly how you'd like to place it and we're here to support you.

Whether you prefer to phone in, email, have a face-to-face meeting, or go online, we can support you in the method that you choose to place your Christmas order.

 

I want to email my Christmas order

  1. Browse through your hard copy of our Christmas brochure or view it online.
  2. Make a note of the products you would like to order. You can make note of the products directly into an email, or even write them on a piece of paper and send us a photo of it!
  3. Send it over to sales@springvalefoods.co.uk
  4. Our Customer Experience Team will send you an order confirmation and all the details you need to know.

I want to phone in my Christmas order

  1. Browse through your hard copy of our Christmas brochure or view it online.
  2. Make  a note of the products you would like to order
  3. Simply call our Customer Experience Team on 01473 284111 and let us know what you would like to order and when you would like it delivered.
    1. If you would prefer to speak to your Account Manager directly, just let us know! We'll transfer you through or request a call back as soon as possible if they are unavailable.
  4. Our Customer Experience Team will send you an order confirmation and all the details you need to know.

I want a face-to-face meeting with my account manager to review my Christmas range & place my order

You can simply email or phone your account manager to let them know you would like a meeting. They will share their availability with you and book in a date as soon as possible.

I want to place my Christmas order online

  1. Head to springvalefoods.co.uk and log in to your account
  2. Add the Christmas items you would like to order to your basket
  3. Check out!
  4. Our Customer Experience Team will send you an order confirmation and all the details you need to know.
