Before The Coconut Kitchen was founded, the owners ran two multi-award-winning Thai and Asian restaurants in North Wales. It was at these restaurants that the original Thai curry pastes and sauces were developed. Forward 15 years later and the team at The Coconut Kitchen are still developing new products for their delicious range of curries and pastes.

The Coconut Kitchen has recently launched their first-ever vegan-friendly curry paste, the Thai Peppercorn Panang Curry Paste. This vegan curry paste is made with green peppercorns and hints of star anise, cinnamon and nutmeg, being perfect to make a truly authentic vegan Thai curry.
This new product launch coincides with a rebranding for the whole range. Even though their products looked great before, they have now gone up another level! The new packaging incorporates the updated logo with gold leaf highlights which are sure to catch customers eyes on the shelves and reinforce the quality sauce inside the bottles and packs.
The Coconut Kitchen wants to make cooking Thai food simple without compromising on flavour. All of their curry pastes and sauces are expertly blended ready for the customer to make a restaurant-quality meal straight out of the pack. The pastes and curries simply need to be mixed with coconut milk and meat, seafood or vegetables to guarantee an award-winning curry every time.
