Blanco Niño
Blanco Niño started making authentic corn tortillas and now, make delicious and crunchy tortilla chips in various flavours. This brand’s story begins with Phil, the founder, visiting Mexico in the pursuit of the most authentic corn tortillas. During his travels, he discovered the ancient Aztec recipe that gives corn tortillas their unique flavour. When Phil returned to Ireland he decided to share these authentic tortillas by opening Blanco Nino Tortilleria in Tipperary.
Blanco Nino Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips might be simple but still packs a crunch. These tortilla chips, made with Celestún salt, are delicious on their own or can be paired with a variety of dips. Blanco Nino Chilli and Lime Tortilla Chips balance the smoky flavour of Ancho chillies and the sharp flavour of lime juice. Blanco Nino Ancient Grain Tortilla Chips are made with Amarant and blue corn. These grains give subtly sweet and earthy flavours.
Dodoni
Dodoni Heavenly Cheese Thins get their name from the small village of Dodoni in Greece. Dodoni bakes cheese thins with all-natural ingredients, including local Greek Feta PDO and Cypriot Halloumi cheese. These divine, versatile gluten-free snacks will pair deliciously with a variety of foods.
We stock Dodoni Feta Thins, including Dodoni Feta Jalapeno Thins and Dodoni Feta Tomato and Oregano Thins, which have notes of Jalapeno and chilli and hints of oregano and tomato, respectively. Both snacks have a real, creamy Greek Feta taste.

Tasty Mates are gummy sweets founded by Joe and Nick. The two friends wanted to portray their mates in sweets, and so they did. Each flavour is related to a personality trait found in all kinds of friendship groups. Angelic
Angelic’s story begins in 2012 when the founder Kirsty discovered she had food intolerances and was frustrated by the lack of delicious vegan and gluten-free snacks. It was then that she decided to change things up. She spent all day baking and starting selling products throughout the UK. Now, Angelic Gluten Free makes a variety of delicious inclusive snacks that can be enjoyed by all.
Their delicious treats include allergen-free cookies, such as Angelic Double Chocolate Plant Based Gluten Free Cookies and Angelic Ginger and Chocolate Chip Plant Based Gluten Free Cookies. Allergen-free savoury biscuits, such as Angelic Rosemary and Sea Salt Plant Based Gluten Free Savoury Biscuits and Angelic Chilli and Caramelised Onion Plant Based Gluten Free Savoury Biscuits are also available. Modern Nature
Modern Nature focuses on making natural low-sugar stevia-based alternatives to sugar. The founder, Bessie wanted to find a sugar substitute for her cooking. Through trial and error and by working with Ulster University, she managed to create a range of healthy stevia without the liquorice aftertaste and unhealthy ingredients that are often found in other stevia products, such as bulking agents and sugar alcohols.
