The McIvor family began baking and selling biscuits in the early 1970s at their Higher Oaklands Farm in Lancashire. The business continued to grow at a fast pace, and they decided to stop farming and focus on baking.
From baking in a kitchen farm to now operate in a 200,000 sq. ft facility with up to 300 employees has been a long way to come for this family. Experience mixed with innovative ideas meant that they were constantly improving, trying to create new products and recipes so they could share them with their customers.
