Praveen and Preet have been running Eat Natural together for more than 20 years. Back in 1997, they had run out of business ideas, but during their trip to Australia, they had a life-changing idea. What if they could take the healthy lifestyle they had there, back home and so they raided their kitchen cupboards for the simplest and wholesome ingredients, mixed them up and… Their first bar was born.

Everything made by Eat Natural is produced by them at their location in Halstead, Essex. From rolling nut mixes, undercoating each bar and packing they manage to make over 1.9 million bars every week with their small team of over 250 employees. They assure there is no mystery to their bars, it all comes down to love and care put into the making.
As a business, they are aware of the responsibility and impact Eat Natural has on the planet. Here are a few things they are doing to be better; plastic has been reduced by 30% over the last few years and they are working on improving that even further, with the ingredients they have partnered with an NGO to support Brazil nut growers, at their manufacture wooden pallets are sent to local craftsman to make hives for beekeepers, no single-use cups everyone is given a Eat Natural KeepCup and these are just a few of the things they are doing.
A top favourite Eat Natural Almond, Apricot and Yoghurt Coating keeps everyone coming back for another one. Signature coating, roasted almonds, slightly sweet but tart apricots and shreds of toasted coconut are the main ingredients to make this bar. To combine it all together small puffs of rice is added to the mix which is mixed with some honey to give a subtle chew.
Eat Natural Extra Protein Bars is nutty and moist at the same time. This delicious bar is simple but full of flavours, salty peanuts and sweet pecans are the nut base and when combined with creamy seeds, maple syrup and crisped rice it delivers distinct texture and flavour. Whole nuts, juicy dried fruit, whole grains and seeds are the core of these bars. Simple but incredibly delicious.
