To stay true to their heritage, their skilled team use traditional copper pans over open flames, to blend ingredients for their indulgent, mouth-watering treats.

From Buttermilk Strawberry Bellini Fudge to Buttermilk Crumbly Irish Cream Fudge and Buttermilk Crumbly Mince Pie Fudge, Buttermilk relish in inventing new fudge flavours. Over time, the business has grown, and they now have a purpose-built Buttermilk Kitchen in Bodmin, Cornwall.
They use the highest quality British milk and butter in their fudge and confectionery, which meets rigorous animal welfare standards and ensures a fair price is paid to farmers. All their sugar is sourced from the EU and they have removed palm oil from almost all their recipes.
For their flavoured confectionery, they only use natural ingredients from zingy lemon to specialist gin extracts. And if you’re vegan or dairy-free, they have inclusive vegan and dairy-free products, including treats such as Buttermilk Vegan Peanut Butter Crunch and Buttermilk Vegan Choccy Peanutsters.
